The NBA will crown the winner of the Cooper Flagg sweepstakes Monday night. Or, more officially, the league will hold its annual draft lottery at 7 p.m. ET (ESPN) and disperse the first 14 selections of this year's talent grab.

This is the first time in the new draft lottery era and the first time since 2012 the Hornets will have the best odds for the top pick in the draft (the Hornets ended up picking Michael Kidd-Gilchrist with the No. 2 overall pick in 2012 after finishing an abbreviated 66-game season with only seven wins).
