The Discovery Channel is slated to air a new wrestling series. According to Variety, “Big Little Brawlers” is slated to air on the network next month. There will be six episodes in the season.

The show -- “Big Little Brawlers” -- focuses on the personal and working lives of five little wrestlers who perform for an outfit called the Micro Wrestling Federation, based in Tennessee.

Full of heart, drama and high-flying micro wrestling, the six-part series “BIG LITTLE BRAWLERS” premieres Tuesday, January 9 at 10PM ET/PT on Discovery Channel.
