Police are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a man accused of a 2023 shooting that killed one and injured another.

A Brockton man was arraigned Feb. 14 on a murder charge in connection with a fiery fatal motor vehicle crash on Belair Street in Brockton, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said. The charges stem from a Jan. 13, 2024, incident where Defarias crashed a Mercedes sedan in the area of 260 Belair St., the DA's office said.
