Ken Jennings, Margaret Qualley and Bad Bunny are just some of the famous faces to appear alongside Adam Sandler in Netflix sequel "Happy Gilmore 2."

Happy Gilmore 2 brings back plenty of beloved characters and some funny antics, but this golf comedy film is still no hole-in-one.

Sandler co-wrote Happy Gilmore 2 and it’s clear he’s putting a lot of his own perspective into the movie. It’s a story about a former icon who is a beaten down, alcoholic mess surrounded by absent friends. Sandler’s aware of his age and seems to be injecting a cognizant sense of real mortality into the story of Happy Gilmore.

Happy Gilmore 2 just dropped on Netflix, and while it’s probably not going to win any Oscars, most fans seem to be really pleased with the sequel, me included. It’s a goofy good time with some big laughs and a ton of cameos and returning characters. It also includes one big WTF death scene that left me and the actress involved absolutely shocked.

Happy Gilmore 3 has not yet been confirmed. Currently, there are no official plans to make a third Happy Gilmore movie. When asked about whether there had been discussions about making Happy Gilmore 3, director Kyle Newacheck wasn’t very enthusiastic.
