Recent raids at Los Angeles Home Depot stores are raising concerns over whether federal agents may be violating a temporary restraining order that bans the use of racial profiling in immigration arrests.

A rented Penske truck was used to ferry agents to the Home Depot where the raid was conducted, days after an appeals court upheld an order limiting some enforcement tactics.
