Blake Lively has asked a Texas federal court to dismiss a defamation lawsuit filed by crisis consultant Jed Wallace.

Blake Lively reportedly filed a “super shady” lawsuit months before publicly accusing Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment.

This was done in bad faith and constitutes a flagrant abuse of process,” Baldoni’s attorney Bryan Freedman told Page Six.
