Jeeno Thitikul will need to fend off Olympic Gold Medalist and LPGA Hall of Famer Lydia Ko at the Kroger Queen City Championship on Sunday.

MAINEVILLE, Ohio — Jeeno Thitikul had a rocky closing stretch but did enough to expand her lead over Hall of Famer Lydia Ko, finishing with a birdie for a 4-under 68 on Saturday and a two-shot advantage in the Kroger Queen City Championship.

Lydia Ko, who won the AIG Women’s British Open at St. Andrews in her last start, shot a third-round 3-under 69 around TPC River’s Bend in Maineville, Ohio, on Saturday and is alone in second, two back of Thitikul’s lead.
