All of the evidence in the civil case against mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Conor McGregor has been heard. Nikita Hand is taking a civil court case against Mr McGregor and his friend James Lawrence, seeking financial damages for alleged sexual assaults which took place in December 2018.

Bruises can take between 24 and 48 hours to appear, a forensic physician has told the civil trial in which mixed martial arts star Conor McGregor is accused of rape.

Conor McGregor has said he was "beyond petrified" when he was being questioned by Gardaí (Irish police) about allegations he had raped a woman in a hotel room. The Irish mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter is giving evidence for a second day during a civil court case taken by Nikita Hand.
