Carlos Correa started asking the Minnesota Twins for a position change almost as soon as he signed his long-term extension.

Carlos Correa says discussions about a trade from Minnesota back to Houston before Thursday's trade deadline aren't serious,"but he didn't rule out the possibility of returning to the city where he won a World Series.

Correa will waive his no-trade clause and the Twins are sending the Astros $30 million of the $96 million guaranteed to Correa over the next three seasons. The Twins will get a prospect in return, left-handed pitcher Matt Mikulski.
