Cristian Jitianu joined Bain Capital in 2008. He is a Partner in the Consumer and Financial and Business Services verticals and a member of the Special Situations team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Cristian worked at The Boston Consulting Group in the Boston office, where he advised clients in the healthcare and technology industries.

Before pivoting to the biopharma industry, Matt held leadership roles in financial services, most notably at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where he grew revenues, opened and managed the Boston office, and ran the North America Financial Services Practice.

Mr. Noël joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is an Associate General Counsel responsible for the corporate, treasury and tax matters of the management company. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Noël was a tax attorney in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray, LLP with a focus on transactional, asset management and international matters.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Steve was at Bain & Company where he advised many Fortune 500 companies on business strategy and growth initiatives. Steve is a Managing General Partner and co-owner of the Boston Celtics.

Dwight Poler joined Bain Capital in 1994. He is a Senior Advisor to the Private Equity team. Previously, he was a Partner and Chairman of the Private Equity business in Europe.

Boyle started his career with Bain Capital, over which time he has been a member of the portfolio analytics team, the Industry Research team and the Liquid Credit portfolio management team. He is based in Bain Capital's Boston office.
