I downloaded the Christmas Card List template but cannot figure out how to import the names/data from another excel file. The import function is not enabled in the template and I really do not want to enter all the names individually. Do I have to resave the template in a certain way in order to get the import function enabled?

I go to the label in the File/ New/ Label Mailing and Shipping labels/ and then choose one that I like that says suitable for J8160 which is the label that I have. I download the label but it comes up with 12x3 cells instead of the 7x3 that the J8160 is.
