I’m glad to be back on the HSN forums, for some reason I thought they no longer existed, I use to participate many years ago, I think it was when Serious Skin Care was still on HSN!!

The new formulations appear to be serious downgrades. For example the multi molecular hyralonic serum that I have in my cabinet has twice as many ingredients as the one being sold on HSN.

I have a balance of less than $200 and I never even use this card because Serious Skin Care has been discontinued.Every time I sign into the website it tells me my username and password is incorrect.
