Dec 15, 2024 · My son applied to Dartmouth on 12/31 and has not been contacted for an alumni interview yet (it’s 1/11) but has been contacted by alumni of some of the other colleges he has applied to (Harvard, Georgetown, and Yale, among others). I’m curious if others who applied to Dartmouth in the regular decision round have interview set up. Thank you.

Dec 11, 2024 · yeah i think you might be right. A lot of ppl who are getting fin aid emails or date changes have just 2 tabs so it might mean acceptance or rejection for those people. Numbers also seem to match up, dartmouth defers around 30-40% ED applicants I think and from that poll yesterday around 40% people had all tabs

Jul 18, 2017 · Dartmouth College, a much smaller program, lists only “engineering” which also is an ABET accredited BE degree and this degree fits the same criteria as the Illinois “General Engineering” degree. This all seems reasonable based upon the relative size and missions of the 3 vastly different schools.

Dec 12, 2024 · Yep, the more i think about it, the more it makes sense. Deferrals are going to still have all the tabs. They need to be able to upload further documents in the future (a LOCI, newer SAT scores, whatever) and withdraw if they want to. Denials and acceptances no longer need those tabs. It’s the end of the road for them.
