As it was never officially released in the US, my dealer refused any assistance The good news is that with repeated attempts while systematically making changes, I always managed to get it working (eventually). My first suggestion would be to remove the device from your phone's (or any other device) Bluetooth.

Mar 4, 2019 · Nyon is not sold or supported in North America or (I believe in Australia). I have purchase and installed Nyon displays as an aftermarket upgrade in the United States. While not supported Nyon units are fully functional in the USA. According to my contacts at Bosch North America, installation of a Nyon in the USA has no impact on warranty.

Aug 1, 2023 · I was surprised today when I booted up my Gen 1 Nyon (1 GB) it gave me notice that a software update was available. I plugged it in to USB power and it updated from version 1.9.2.0 to 1.10.1.0. Also updated the installed maps for my state.

Although the new Nyon is more compact and has a touch screen and the locking feature, I am not eager to replace my gen 2 Nyon (the one with 8gb of map storage). It has been absolutely reliable.
