Well, the XG279Q hits it out of the park because it plays and feels like a TN panel in terms of the responsiveness but maintains the amazing picture quality of my PG279Q.

Jan 10, 2008 · During my recent move, my ASUS ROG Swift PG27UQ got damaged as shown in the photo included. My heart sank when I first turned it on as this was my fav monitor of all time. I was fortunate to have bought it new in early 2020 for $1200 before it grew in popularity and price. A new one now goes for $2500 and a used one for $1700 on Amazon.

Oct 4, 2006 · In case anyone is interested, I have a Spyder5Pro Color Calibrator so I calibrated my ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q Monitor. Here is the download link to the ICM Profile along with a few example images of before and after the calibration. The Spyder5Pro software suggested me to turn down my screen brightness to 30% so you might wanna do that.

It's one thing sitting several meters away from an HDR 1000 TV in a large living room, but it's different sitting in front of a monitor blasting up to 1000 nits straight at your face.
