How to find your receipts - Sam's Club
For a copy of any receipt within the last 3 years: Go to the My Account page, sign in if needed. In the My Account Menu under the Orders heading, select History. Filter your orders by All, Online & In club purchases or filter by the year of purchase. Open the order number and print, this will serve as a valid receipt.
