Dec 21, 2020 · I bought a Series S a few weeks ago and kind of gave up on finding an X. It’s seen ~10 hours of play max and the controller is still in the original wrapping. Today I was able to secure and X and I was wondering if I would be able to return the S to target for a hassle free way to get my money back. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Jan 24, 2023 · It would seem no one in this thread knows what Xbox All Access is. It's an option to finance your Xbox and pay it off over 2 years. If you paid for it in full and still got the 24 months of Game Pass, that's awesome and the store wasn't supposed to do that, but All Access is not just the code as some in this thread have said.

Jul 2, 2021 · This just happened to me with the Target drop. They had an Xbox Series X Console at my local store and Target required the purchase be done doing the All Access through Citizens. So I had the console in my cart for pickup and filled out the application and received a 'needs further review due to potential fraud'.

So doesn't matter where you have your Series X|S pre-ordered from whether it's Target, Gamestop, Walmart, Costco, or whatever... you can get Microsoft complete. And I highly recommend it. $49 gets you 3 years of accidental damage coverage which includes 2 controller swaps as well if say your controller gets worn down, breaks, or anything like that.
