Larger size fits better in my palm. I have average sized hands, but the compact mice have me bending my fingers more which fatigues them faster. The amount of pressure to click the buttons feels right, and the switches don't bounce.\n\nHaven't had long enough to comment on the battery life. This is for a desktop PC. I use a wired keyboard since the computer isn't moving around, but I wanted a wireless mouse to allow ease in switching right and left hand positions. Although I'm right-handed, keyboards are lopsided on the right with the arrow, page, and number pads which means the mouse is farther out to the right making me angle out my arm instead of straight forward with a mouse on the left side of the keyboard. I have the mouse on the left, but sometimes others using my computer want it on the right, so a wireless mouse is easy to move to either side of the keyboard. It is symmetrically shaped, so good for both right and left hand use.
