This passata recipe is so easy, and yes, I know it is not the traditional way it is done, but as I’m very busy I want to keep things as simple and easy as possible. Simply cut tomatoes in half (I only cut out the eye if it’s large) and place into your thermomix/blender. Blitz until desired chunkiness. Pour into clean glass jars leaving ½ inch headspace.
