Este anticoagulante se encuentra en las paredes del tubo por lo que necesite que se mezcle homogéneamente para evitar coágulos. Tienen muchos usos aplicados a la práctica clínica, pero en mi caso los utilizo principalmente para añadir un reactivo específico que me permite purificar un tipo celular del sistema inmunitario tipo linfocitos T, B o NKs. ———————————
